Levis Marino appointed new Service Director at Siti B&T Group

As part of its plan to boost growth in the global market, Siti B&T has appointed Levis Marino as the Group's Service Director.

Marino has extensive experience in international companies in the fields of Automation and Processes in the Food & Beverage industry. He has worked in a number of different markets from the Americas to Asia, with growing responsibilities in Sales & Marketing as well as in New Business Development.

"My primary goal is to expand our after-sales service by establishing international subsidiaries close to our customers and thereby further improving the level of satisfaction of global manufacturers who use Siti B&T technologies," says Marino. "As a global company we must provide an advanced, high-quality service worldwide based on structured business management with appropriate pricing policies and customised services."

To promote a strong customer service culture throughout the group, Marino will seek to engage all departments from product engineering through to supply chain and logistics, setting up a team capable of working proactively with customers and of understanding and managing their expectations so as to provide high-quality support throughout the entire life cycle of the plant.
