Lucchese Award for top students

Under the slogan "The strength of creativity and the value of friendship", on Saturday 17 April at 11.00 a.m. the I.T.I.S. "A. Volta" industrial and technical institute in Sassuolo will be hosting the 23rd edition of the Lucchese Award. Organised by Florim Ceramiche in cooperation with the Italian Ceramic Society, the award offers study grants to the institute's top students.

Set up in memory of Giovanni Lucchese, founder of Floor Gres and a key figure in technological research in the ceramic sector, the aim of the event is to foster relations between school and industry. Once again the award ceremony will be hosted by journalist and writer Leo Turrini.

This year's winners are Luca Bondi, Elia Berselli, Mattia Righi, Manuel Ciamarone, Davide Stefani and Roberto Caparra.
