Marcheluzzo Impianti supplies new line to Revdinskiy Kirpicniy Zavod

Marcheluzzo Impianti has further strengthened its partnership with Revdinskiy Kirpicniy Zavod. After successfully starting up the automatic cutter for 32 bricks with chamfering device on 4 sides, the Italian company had the opportunity to supply the well-known Russian producer with a new liquid engobing line capable of treating 12,000 NF bricks per hour with uniform covering of three sides of the green product.

The cut clay column is deviated to a belt handling system which transports the bricks through the engobing machine. High product quality is ensured by the special manipulator which moves the bricks from the  surface treatment line to the handling return line for car loading.

This system essentially replaces the old roller shunting system which frequently damaged the bottom surface of the bricks. The line is engineered to allow other multicolour or single-colour flaming process machines to be installed. Installation and start-up operations were completed in a short space of time to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
