Navarti acquires Valentina Ceramicas

The Spanish ceramic industry recently underwent a new industrial concentration operation. Navarti, one of the largest local manufacturers with an installed capacity of 16.5 million sq.m/year, has acquired the entire share package of Valentina Ceramicas.

This operation will allow Navarti to expand its product range and increase market shares in central European countries.

This is Navarti's second acquisition in recent years. In 2003 it acquired the brand name and two industrial sites of Gres de Valls.
