A new generation takes the helm at Tecno Diamant

Founder Atos Serradimigni is handing over the reins to his son Mauro and two partners Fabrizio Di Marino and Marco Stefani, who together will make up the company’s new top management team

The new management team of Tecno Diamant, a Formigine, Italy-based company specialising in the production of diamond tools for ceramic machining, has officially taken office. The company will be led by Mauro Serradimigni, son of founder Atos Serradimigni, together with the partners Fabrizio Di Marino and Marco Stefani, who will continue to focus on research and innovation as the keys to production excellence and business growth.

“We have a firm belief in this strategy, which we are pursuing through investments and innovative ideas. As we look towards a constantly evolving future, we will maintain the same commitment and dedication that my father brought to this company,” says Mauro Serradimigni. “We will continue to offer our customers unrivalled products in terms of originality and effectiveness, while intensifying our investments in R&D with a series of new solutions currently under development. Our research laboratory is evolving constantly and our team has a shared passion and desire to achieve ambitious results. We believe that commitment and dedication still make a difference.”

Tecno Diamant celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2020 and is renowned for its strong international vision with branches located in the world’s key ceramic markets of Brazil, Spain, Poland, Russia and China. The company stands out for its reliability and quality and is a leader in the production and distribution of diamond tools for cutting, grinding, honing, chamfering, squaring and lapping operations.

In 2020, Tecno Diamant moved its headquarters from the historic site in the municipality of Fiorano Modenese to a new location in Formigine, allowing it to triple its floor space (from 600 to 1,800 square metres) and bring together the new offices, logistics warehouse and advanced research laboratory in a single facility.

The new management team is already working on new projects, including expansion of the tool portfolio and the adoption of an exclusive production process.
