New Sacmi AVB for wall-hung WCs

Sacmi recently commissioned an AVB casting module for the production of 7 wall-mounted open-rim WCs at the Krasnystaw plant belonging to Polish group Cersanit.

The AVB casting module has an outstanding capacity to produce different types of ceramic sanitaryware simultaneously, namely wall-hung WCs, floor-mounted WCs, washbasins, cisterns, pedestals and lids. Thanks to the excellent flexibility of the AVB casting module, manufacturers can meet high output requirements and personalise the installed mould mix according to the specific production needs on a time-to-time basis.

Like all Sacmi's other single and multi-mould high pressure casting machines, the AVB module is built to the most modern standards and designed to meet all the producer's safety and reliability requirements. The module can be equipped with a robotized de-moulding and piece deposit system to which various options can be added such as the pre-dryer, robotized finishing and automated piece handling equipment.
