Plastorgomma Russia founded
Plastorgomma Service and the long-time Russian partner Polymer MC set up a new company that will enable them to offer an even more extensive and rapid service to the Russian market.
Plastorgomma Service (Rubiera, Reggio Emilia), a company specialising in the supply of industrial technical products (power transmissions, pneumatics, industrial piping and spare parts for the ceramic industry), announced the opening of its new branch located near Moscow during Tecnargilla 2018 in September.
Already present in the world’s largest ceramic production areas both as a direct supplier and through commercial partnerships, in its 50th anniversary year Plastorgomma Service has chosen to give a further boost to its internationalisation programme.
Company chairman Claudio Zambelli and the long-time Russian partner Alexey Baranov, owner of Polymer MC, have sealed their twenty-year collaboration with the setting up of Plastorgomma Russia. This will enable them to offer an even more extensive and rapid service with a constantly-stocked product warehouse and a local team of technical and sales staff.
Plastorgomma Service also has an established presence in the US market through an agreement signed in 2016 with Rankin USA, an industrial parts company based in North Carolina. Rankin USA has been serving the American ceramic industry for more than 25 years with a stock of ready-to-deliver products, meticulous logistics management and a constant local presence. The partnership with Plastorgomma Service will allow it to offer the widest range of products through an efficient supply chain with regular shipments by sea from Italy.
