Positive 2006 for Polis

24/07/07 - The ceramic company Polis from Bondeno di Gonzaga has seen a positive financial balance in 2006, closing with a turnover of 59 million Euro, equalling a rise of 28% on the previous year.
The number of employees has increased to 258, while production has reached 5.8 million square meters.
Exports remain stable, accounting for approximately 40% of the total turnover.
Positive progress has been recorded in the French and German markets, as well as on the domestic front.

The company has commenced a 1 million euro investment plan for technology, to equip its plant with a new glazing line.
The new systems, which will be operative from next September, will be used for the new 30x60cm sizes (floor tiles) and 20x45 cm (wall tiles).
