The Robatech Concept for tile protection

Stacking is one of the most critical processes for surface quality of tiles, which are traditionally treated with waxes applied in strips or spirals to create a separation distance.
Concept 5 is the name of the plant designed for this specific application by  Robatech, world leader in the development and production of adhesive application systems (rubber and scratch-proof waxes) with equipment installed on thousands of sorting lines the world over.

Equipped with two electrically heated tubes and two AX101 series spray guns, Concept 5 can be managed automatically from the sorting line but is also available in a fully stand-alone version. This second option is particularly useful for installing the system as a retrofit on an existing sorting line, an operation that is performed entirely by Robatech technicians. This plant is identical to the one supplied on the sorting line for packaging, making it unnecessary for operators to undergo further training and allowing all parts in the warehouse to be reused.
