Sacmi digital technology used for trim pieces
The first Sacmi/Intesa digital machine for porcelain trim production recently underwent start-up testing. It is installed in the factory of San Valentino Manifatture Ceramiche Spa, a company owned by the Nalio family (the photo shows Massimo and Niccolò Nalio together with Sacmi's Italian manager Giuseppe Miselli).
The latest-generation Colora HD machine was developed by Dr. Benedetto Spinelli at the Sacmi R&D laboratory in Imola, then adopted in the ceramic industry. The machine is equipped with the Crono system and has the necessary flexibility to produce pieces of any thickness, length or shape.
