Sacmi focuses on the Russian market

From 14 to 17 April, Sacmi's Heavy Clay division took part in Mosbuild 2015 in Moscow, where it presented its range of integrated turnkey plant. The division's portfolio was further expanded in 2014 by the acquisition of Cosmec, a company specialising in the production of clay processing plant and machinery and automated brick handling solutions which are already popular in Russia and North Africa.

Further added value arises from the partnership with Bongioanni Macchine, experts in body preparation and extrusion and Sacmi's partners on numerous international heavy clay manufacturing projects.

Sacmi Group has made considerable investments in the brick plant and machinery industry in recent years, focusing on technological innovation and the strengthening of its position on the most dynamic markets, which naturally include Russia. Another important factor in this market is the strategic partnership with the representative firm Inkeram, which already has extensive experience in Russia and all neighbouring markets (from Belarus to Kazakhstan) and has worked alongside Sacmi since 2008.
