Sanitec acquires Della
Sanitec, the Finnish ceramic sanitaryware, bath and whirlpool bath manufacturer, recently acquired a 60% stake in the young Russian company Della, based 40 km from Moscow.
Previously part of the Keraton group, Della has a production capacity of 600,000 pieces/year and employs 300 people.
Sanitec aims to increase the production capacity of the factory and will maintain the Della mark product range. (JF)
