Spares & Service sees growth in Asia and South America

Spares & Service (Fiorano Modenese), a supplier of parts and accessories for the ceramic industry set up in 1999, reported a significant rise in turnover last year due to growth in international market sales.

In Asia, the Italian company’s historic market, sales increased mainly in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Korea. The company also maintained its rapid growth in South America, especially in Mexico, Ecuador and Brazil.

Good customer care and efficient shipping management have proved critical for maintaining customer loyalty, while investments in technology (such as the smartphone app that can be downloaded from app.spares-service.it) and the warehouse have helped improve competitiveness.

The new commercial agreements in Vietnam and Mexico mark the latest step forward in the company’s global growth plans.
