Strong attendance at conference on energy saving in the ceramic industry

The conference on the theme of energy saving in the ceramic industry organised by Acimac on 10 December was fully packed out. More than 150 experts, technicians and energy managers from the ceramic sector converged on the conference rooms in the association’s headquarters in Villa Marchetti.

In examining the most important new aspects, the speakers adopted a mixed technical and application approach in outlining improvements and solutions for optimising energy management within Italian ceramic companies.

The welcome address by Acimac director Paolo Gambuli was followed by talks by Confindustria Ceramica director Armando Cafiero, Guido Nassetti from Centro Ceramico di Bologna, Ferdinando Cassani from Sacmi, Roberto Manzini from Siti-B&T Group, Gian Pietro Cuoghi from TCK, Luca Golinelli from Cefla and Alessandro Boi from CerMed.
