System acquires Nuova Era

24/03/05 - An agreement firming up the acquisition of Nuova Era by the System Group of Fiorano, a leader in the ceramic decoration and industrial automation sector, was signed on 10 March this year.
The operation is part of a broad-ranging development programme for the Group which involves internationalisation as well as an increasingly wide range of integrated solutions offered by the three divisions: System Ceramics, System Logistics and System Electronics.

Nuova Era has been operating for 20 years in the industrial automation sector, specialising in the production of storage machinery, kiln loading/unloading machinery, interior transport equipment and glazing lines.

The acquisition by the System Group will allow Nuova Era to entirely maintain its identity and production autonomy while continuing to fully exploit the experience and resources acquired over the years.
The agreement is a strategic alliance for both companies and will result in interesting synergies at technical/productive and commercial levels.
