Tecnoferrari acquires Examina

Tecnoferrari is entering the world of digital technology. The Fiorano Modenese-based group, renowned for its expertise in designing and building automatic handling systems for the ceramic sector, has acquired Examina, a company based in Formigine which specialises in product and process control systems in the field of ceramic tiles. On joining the Group it will change its company name to TecnoExamina.

The operation will enable Tecnoferrari to offer innovative solutions in the inkjet decoration sector with Colorjet and in the process and product control sector with the XMS automatic sorting system, the XGL unfired product inspection system and the XRB rectified product inspection system. These systems have already been adopted by leading ceramic groups including Atlas Concorde, EmilCeramica, S.Agostino, Novabell, Panaria and Riwal.
