Tecnofiliere in Tatarstan and Chechnya
Tecnofiliere is making strong headway in the Russian market and has recently completed several major supply contracts. In Chechnya, the autonomous republic south-west of Moscow, it joined forces with Italian company Marcheluzzo Impianti of Isola Vicentina to supply two extruder dies for 125x250 mm facing bricks and 250x290 mm blocks. The order also included two extrusion pressure heads of diameter 500 mm, complete with external braking, to be installed on a newly built plant that will be put into full-scale operation in May 2014 with a productivity of 60 million facing bricks a year.
A second order came from a brickworks in the Republican of Tatarstan, south-east of Moscow, one of the most developed federal subjects of Russia, where the construction materials industry employs 4% of the workforce. The supplied equipment includes dies with single internal braking for the production of 120x250 mm solid and facing bricks and a die with internal and external braking for 248x380 mm blocks.
