TG Mac supplies Mobile Airless 2.0 to Dyramic

TG Mac, a company based in Fiorano Modenese specialising in the production of tile glazing systems, has completed new installations of Mobile Airless 2.0 booths.

The new Airless applicators were supplied to the Taiwanese group Dyramic and recently began operation in the group's factory in Zhanjiang, China where they replaced the existing disk booths and curtain coaters.

The new Mobile Airless 2.0 booths will be used for all glazing processes before and after digital decoration on all three glazing lines. The Taiwanese group's decision was based on the need to improve the quality of tile glazing while drastically reducing glaze consumption compared to the existing equipment.

On the strength of the positive initial results achieved at the Zhanjiang facility, the Dyramic group has commissioned TG Mac to supply the same booths for a new production facility currently under construction in Malaysia.

Together with the booths, TG Mac also supplied the Masterjet 250S airless pumps, which are designed for more effective glaze delivery and a longer lifetime when operating with highly abrasive products such as glazes and grits.
