Thomson chooses Omnia

24/04/07 - Thomson, a leading company in planning and creation of high technology hand-manufactured products, has chosen BroadVision technology, together with the experience of Omnia, for the creation of a portal to the service sites for R&D and production plants.
The company's evolution has made it necessary to carry out company processes and document management systems based on BroadVision Quicksilver via the web.

Thanks to the support of Omnia it will also be possible to create an intranet of the BroadVision platform, allowing Thomson workers to access via the internet, documents and services from any plant, giving way to a rise in production and fewer procedures.

Omnia, a company of localization and computer engineering with its headquarters in Sassuolo, is today one of the largest translation centres in Italy and has been a partner of Broadvision for many years.
