Torrecid opens branch in Poland

22/11/04 - The Torrecid Group, a Spanish multinational producer of glazes, frits and colours based in Castellón, recently opened a new branch in Tomaszow Mazowiecki (Poland).

This operation follows the acquisition in 2002 of the Czech company Glazura, a producer of glazes, colours and precious metals for the ceramic and glass industries, and is part of the Torrecid’s Group programme of diversification and expansion in Eastern European markets.

The Group has also opened a branch at Stoke-on-Trent in the UK to provide a more efficient service to local tableware manufacturers.
