Uralceramics chooses EFI Cretaprint inks
The Ekaterinburg-based ceramic company already uses EFI Cretaprint digital printers, which bring a number of benefits including shorter production times
Starting in January 2021, Russian ceramic company Uralceramics will use EFI Cretaprint’s Cretacolor ceramic inks for the production of wall tiles at its Ekaterinburg plant.
The company, which has just celebrated its 60th anniversary, recently completed major investments to modernise its production lines. The factory currently produces more than 10 million sqm/year of tiles, which are sold in about 4500 outlets in the domestic market and abroad.
In 2020, Uralceramics launched 25 new collections with intense, vivid colours, designs and special effects. The use of EFI Cretaprint’s high-performance digital printers brings a number of benefits, including shorter production times.
