One of the pioneers of the Spanish ceramic industry, the founder of the Torrecid group has died at the age of 97

Among the latest new products presented by Torrecid at Cevisama 2020 were the eco-friendly 2low-inkcid® glazes and inks and the new generation of high colour intensity inks.

Pablo Abadia takes us to an exclusive tour in Torrecid scenographic exhibition concept at Tecnargilla: a hotel recreated in different environments, all decorated with ceramic surfaces made with EcoInk-CID HQ, the water-based full digital technology developed by the Spanish ink and glaze manufacturer.

The presentation ceremony for the Alfa de Oro 2018 awards, an initiative organised to honour the most innovative technologies developed in the Castellón ceramic cluster, was held during the recent Cevisama.

The main paint manufacturers and producers of raw materials present in the Tecnargilla’s Kromatech section showed satisfaction for the results of the fair and its success.
