Cismac is presenting its automatic pallet feeding line in the packaging zone and its tile crusher. The pallet releaser (patented model) can be installed in packaging zone pallet feeding lines and is designed to optimise spaces and speed of operations. Its most interesting characteristic is its very small overall dimensions: just 1.50 metres compared to the 3-6 metres generally required by systems currently on the market. The operation of the system involves treating stacked pallets as they arrive from the sawmill, separating them, rotating them and positioning them perfectly on the roller conveyors ready to be used.

Due to its flexibility, model Lift 2 R.C.700/1200 is easy to install in a wide range of production lines. It is an extremely fast and versatile machine, capable of working with sizes ranging from 700x700 mm to 1200x1000 mm, on normal pallets or europallets. The machine can be combined with a pallet feeder (model Universal A.700/1200), in turn preceded by a roller transport system that allows the pieces to be stored in a number of rows to make them immediately available for the various working shifts. The reject tile crusher designed and produced by Cismac can be installed at the sorting line exit or at the kiln exit. The system allows for simplified management of ceramic sector rejects prior to the packaging stage. It uses a unique device that crushes the material, thereby making it easier to transport to the disposal area.

A second model of crusher can be positioned at the kiln exit to handle products broken or damaged during firing. The machine allows solely suitably material to proceed to the subsequent process stages, avoiding the problems that may be created by the presence of broken tiles along the line.
