INTELLIMAG pro-tile4.0. The semi-automatic system for the management of ceramic warehouses and picking
Infolog’s new version of the semi-automatic ceramic warehouse management software has already been adopted by the most important ceramic companies and groups in Italy and abroad.
INTELLIMAG pro-tile 4.0 is the new version of the semi-automatic ceramic warehouse management software, already the market leader and adopted by the most important ceramic companies and groups in Italy and abroad.
INTELLIMAG pro-tile 4.0 uses the forklifts and resources already present within the company to eliminate handling, picking and shipping errors by implementing an automatic guide and traceability system based on indoor and outdoor GPS (Geo Positioning System) without the need for barcodes or RFID tags.
This solution involves equipping the forklifts with a real-time geolocation system (RTLS), Industry 4.0 sensors for product self-identification and a 3D graphic Navigator (FGS) for assisted guidance of indoor/outdoor warehouse operations, thereby guaranteeing total error-free traceability of pallet and vehicle movements.
For intensive picking requirements, the equipment also includes an Automatic Picking Bay with “goods-to-man” touchscreen which can be integrated with grippers, manual manipulators or robotic picking systems. This system dynamically schedules all order preparation steps and guides the depalletisation and repalletisation of small and large sizes (crates, boxes, stands, etc.).
With the Regia Attiva module, the innovative intelligent warehouse scheduler, operators are automatically guided 24/7 by the system.
The introduction of the INTELLIMAG pro-tile system reduces logistics costs (number of forklifts, working hours and scheduling hours) by between 30% and 50% compared to a traditional warehouse management system and reduces handling and shipping errors by up to 99%.
The current 4.0 version supports all geolocation technologies (GPS, Camera, RFID, Laser, Wifi, UWB) and can perform handling and traceability of ceramic products (whole pallets, unpalletized products, crates, stands, big-bags), including raw materials, semi-finished products, slabs and panels, from the production line exit to storage, picking, re-packaging and finally shipment to the end customer.
