Decor Dry 03 is an innovative system for the application of powdery and granular products for screen printing with dry graphic designs and/or glazing.
I has already given very positive results in the numerous tests performed by the most important companies in the Sassuolo tile manufacturing area.
Decor Dry 03 is able to perform dry printing with different grey scales, a method that to date is impossible with conventional technologies. This system can also be used both on the glazing line and between two presses.
Decor Dry 03 can work both individually and in a battery (multiple head), for facial and synchronized random graphic applications.



One of the special characteristics that emerged from the first tests carried out a few weeks ago was that the Decor Dry 03 system does not affect the speed of the glazing line or the presses since it can operate at a higher speed than either of the systems.
Other important characteristics are the fact that screen printing media are not used (resulting in more intense colours) and the use of water is entirely eliminated, resulting in productive savings.
