1995-2020 The twenty-five years of Tecnofiliere
During these 25 years, Tecnofiliere has always focused strongly on research and innovation and the quality of the materials it uses, along with meticulous design of technological solutions and a constant dialogue with customers.
Recognised as one of the most dynamic Italian producers of brick extrusion machinery, Tecnofiliere is celebrating its first 25 years of operation. During this intense quarter of a century of technological development and business challenges, the company has made a number of bold choices and changes that have paid off in terms of credibility and balanced growth. Development, innovation and success have gone hand-in-hand with the evolution of the company’s portfolio and team.
“Tecnofiliere’s history has been created above all by the invaluable contributions of our employees, customers and associates, who together have built today’s company and to whom we would like to extend a special thank you,” say the founding partners Paolo Pedrielli and Oberdan Panzani. “This anniversary is just one step along the journey we began back in 1995 and we are sure we will reach many more milestones thanks to our enthusiasm and perseverance. In today’s business world, professionalism, commitment and passion are the most important qualities for achieving excellence and competing successfully.”
During these 25 years, Tecnofiliere has always focused strongly on research and innovation and the quality of the materials it uses, along with meticulous design of technological solutions and a constant dialogue with customers. This allows the company to offer customised projects and timely after-sales support, as it continued to do throughout the lockdown period. Thanks to efficient remote organisation, the company’s staff has remained at customers’ disposal at all times.
Throughout its history, Tecnofiliere has always been a passionate promoter of Italian-made products and is constantly attentive to the world of manufacturing, catering to its needs and developing a wide range of solutions that now make up the company’s heritage. One of the most significant innovations is that of the special polymer-coated pressure heads which guarantee not only a big improvement in terms of energy efficiency but also almost unlimited equipment life. Other highly regarded solutions include the die washing systems, from the most advanced TF1000EVO FC with integrated control panel to the TF700 suitable for small dies and the more manoeuvrable TF ECOWASH water washer, as well as the TF Maintenance system which is ideal for performing kiln maintenance.
One of the company’s main growth drivers is its focus on exports, which account for more than 90% of turnover, while research and production are carried out entirely in Italy. At its headquarters in Novi di Modena, the company develops machines for customers all over the world and directly manages the various production steps in order to maintain strict control of the entire process.
