Bonet acquires Colorveggia
The acquisition of Colorveggia by the Spanish glaze and colour manufacturer Grupo Bonet was finalised the day before Cevisama for an undisclosed figure. Founded in 1979, the Italian company produces glazes and pigments for the ceramic industry.
The operation will enable Grupo Bonet to strengthen its presence in the heart of the Italian ceramic district, where Colorveggia has a modern production facility.
The acquisition coincides with Bonet’s fiftieth anniversary celebrations and consolidates its expansion policy in world markets. The Italian production facility joins those already owned in Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Argentina, Indonesia, China and South Africa.
