B&T White supplies glazing line to Trebol (Peru)

Siti B&T Group's B&T White division has signed a major agreement to supply a sanitaryware glazing line to Peruvian company Trebol, part of the Corporación Cerámica Group. 

The company based in Las Flores, Lima has successfully started production using the highly versatile, four-position robotized glazing station, which is also ideal for use with large items. The module, complete with spray booth, spray gun, screw pump and a mass flow control system for constantly monitoring the quantity of sprayed glaze, is optimised for the production of one-piece toilet bowls with exposed siphons. It also features a dedicated solution to simplify glazing of the siphon. The exceptional application flexibility and reliability of the robot and glaze feeding and batching system have made it possible to achieve very high levels of productivity.

The station is equipped with the BST^TM (Boosted Self Teaching) programming system, an exclusive software that optimises the results obtained with programs developed in self-learning mode. This software allows for glaze overspray savings of more than 50% compared with conventional self-learning systems.
