B&T White supplies new firing line to Russia

B&T White, a Siti B&T Group division specialising in the sanitaryware sector, has strengthened its industrial partnership with the OOO Dreja Group (Gorod Kotelniki, Russian Federation) by supplying a new Astra shuttle kiln for firing sanitaryware articles.

The plant's unique flexibility enables it to deliver outstanding characteristics in terms of both quality and quantity, including a significant reduction in energy consumption.

Optimising the temperature distribution inside the kiln has helped to improve product quality and reduce waste.

The new line is equipped with an Astra model shuttle kiln capable of holding 6 two-layer kiln cars with a width of 4000 mm and loading height of 1420 mm. It will have an output of 390 pieces/day of large designer washbasins.
