Ceramica Savoia invests in automation from Nuova Sima

Fiorano Modenese-based company Ceramica Savoia has upgraded its handling and storage department with new automated systems supplied by Sacmi Group brand Nuova Sima.
The fully automated line uses LGV vehicles and is designed for maximum flexibility.
The LGVs are monitored constantly by an on-car rotating laser scanner using a reflected beam. The system is able to handle more than 100 roller racks at any time.
