CMF continues its growth in Brazil and South Korea
The Italian company CMF Technology continues to strengthen its presence in the Brazilian market with major orders for a range of machinery and equipment.
A TFlat model fired product storing line is due to be installed in a large factory with a daily output of 30,000 sq.m of tiles, while a complete pallet handling plant with Pegaso laser-guided vehicles has been commissioned from another local producer.
CMF is increasingly collaborating with Brazilian manufacturers in the field of technical porcelain tile plants. In this segment, it has presented its innovative Spiller press feeder at Tecnargilla.
Business is also booming in South Korea, where CMF has been commissioned by Is Dongseo, the country's largest wall tile producer, to completely refurbish its storage and handling department.
The order includes the installation of new conveying and storage lines for fired biscuit tiles arriving from three roller kilns. The tiles are stored on pallets by means of a TFlat suction table. The Pegaso LGV is used to transfer fired products to a storage area with a capacity of more than 18,000 sq.m of tiles. The order is completed by four TFlat unloading transfer devices and a tile distribution line capable of simultaneously serving eight glazing lines.
