CMF Technology secures new supply contracts in China, Malaysia and Ukraine
CMF Technology, a company based in Pavullo (province of Modena, Italy) that specialises in industrial automation for the ceramic sector, has secured major new orders that consolidate its presence in China, Malaysia and Ukraine.
At Ceramics China 2011, the Chinese ceramic tile giant Dongpeng (output of more than 25 million square metres/year) signed a contract with CMF Technology for the supply of Tech-Towers which will be used to feed a pressing department equipped with a total of 18 high-tonnage presses at the new plant due to be built in the Qingyuan district.
Malaysian Mosaics Berhad, a leading Malaysian through-body porcelain tile manufacturer, has ordered new rear-press technologies for the production lines at its MMB2 factories. These consists of Stonerise press feeding carriages and Flaker dry granulators capable of producing the most innovative types of through-body porcelain tile. CMF Technology has also contributed to the modernisation of the green and fired tile storage lines by supplying T-Box and T-Flat storage systems.
Last but not least, the Ukrainian firm Atem LLC has adopted a new Tech-Tower complete with a Flaker dry granulation unit, a Clevermix powder and granulate batching module and a Stonerise 2450 XXL press feeding carriage. The new Atem LLC production line will be capable of producing through-body porcelain tile up to a maximum size of 1200x1200 mm.
