Creadigit receives orders from Savoia Italia and Gaya Fores
Just a few months since the market launch of Creadigit, an automatic ceramic tile decoration machine with latest-generation inkjet technology, System Ceramics has already received orders from ceramic companies such as Savoia Italia and Gaya Fores (Spain).
After verifying the high productivity of the system, Savoia Italia ordered a second plant for the sizes 30x30 cm and 30x60 cm.
The Spanish firm Gaya Fores found the characteristics of Creadigit to be ideal for reproducing wood and natural stone effects on large-format porcelain and monoporosa tiles.
With its latest-generation printheads (400 dpi native at 40 metres per minute), Creadigit can work with 6 colour bars and prints at 4 grey levels (where the largest droplet is 80pl). Print definition quality remains unchanged even at high speeds. The machine is also equipped with a recirculation system at the level of the plate containing the nozzles. This increases its runtime as it is able to operate for around 5 hours without cleaning cycles and with lineless performance
