Createch Open House
Preparations are under way in Casalgrande for the forthcoming Createch Open House, where from 23 September to 7 October the company will be showcasing its new range of machines for glazing large-format tiles. The event will be held in the Group's factory during the exhibition Cersaie (Bologna 28 September - 2 October) and will give customers a close-up view of the many innovations that have been developed to address the most frequent problems and facilitate glazing department operations.
Along with the new glazing lines, Createch will also be exhibiting its wide range of machinery for cooling tiles prior to the digital decoration process. These machines - Polar, Polar Basic, Polar Premium, Easy Polar and Easy Polar Extreme - have very low power consumption levels (between 3 and 8 kW) and are equipped with an integrated cooling system. They are extremely compact and easy to install and use.
Also on display will be the two latest new products developed by the parent company Certech, a historic company specialising in the production of rubber mill linings. Endless is the first self-regenerating rubber lining capable of ejecting worn alumina spheres and accommodating a new one and can be installed on any mill equipped with alumina grinding media.
The innovative high-density composite rubber and alumina lining called Alurubber is designed to make the surface extremely hard and ensure complete protection. Advantages include a reduction in the mill's power consumption and grinding media usage, and greater wear resistance.
Visitors will also have a chance to get a close-up view of the DisCONTINUO system, which transforms discontinuous mills into continuous mills and guarantees an energy saving of up to 50%, more uniform slip and lower personnel requirements compared to discontinuous grinding.
The full range of HTP, LSPM, USP and SP series centrifugal electric pumps will also be on display.
