Custom-made dies for every production requirement

Tecnofiliere leads the way in Asia with a special multi-plate die treated with Tecnocoating.

Following a commission from a major Asian customer, Tecnofiliere recently produced a special TFE model multiplate die with internal and external braking for interlocking blocks in a 440x250 mm size and with 166 holes.

Given the unusual geometry requested by the customer and the small dimensions of the internal webs, meticulous design work was required for each individual component of the die along with detailed analysis of the construction materials.

In particular, some parts of the die were treated with Tecnocoating, a treatment that has been studied and promoted by Tecnofiliere for several years now and which is showing excellent results in terms of wear resistance of components.

At the same time, the use of Tecnocoating treatment in place of classic chrome plating improves occupational safety and environmental protection.
