FECS joins Cerame Unie
As of the first of January 2009, the European Ceramic Sanitaryware Producers’ Federation FECS became a full member of Cerame Unie, the liaison office of the European ceramics industry based in Brussels. This decision was based on Cerame Unie’s geographical location and its network of relations with the representatives of European government, which are now responsible for the majority of legislative and administrative decisions affecting the ceramic industry, such as production and environmental standards and protection against forgery.
FECS will leave its offices at the French sanitaryware producers’ association in Paris where it was previously based.
