FM set to obtain environmental certification
After successfully certifying its Quality System (ISO 9001) and Safety System (BS-OHSAS18001), in 2010 FM initiated the process for obtaining UNI EN ISO 14001 environmental certification, due to be completed by the end of the year. This certification will demonstrate that the company has a management system capable of controlling the environmental impacts of its activities, for example by minimising the use of substances (chemical and non-chemical) that are harmful for humans and the environment and taking account of factors such as safety, quality and environmental impact right from the design stage.
