Genitec supplies its technology to Morocco
During the coming weeks, Orque Sanitaire in Casablanca will start up the GHC 1010 high-pressure casting system supplied by Genitec.

Orque Sanitaire, a sanitaryware manufacturer belonging to the Moroccan group Odyssée Sanitaire, Cuisine & Dressing, is working with Genitec on a technological upgrade of its Casablanca plant. With an annual production capacity of close to one million pieces, the company offers a product portfolio that combines quality, functionality and aesthetics while meeting international standards.
To boost efficiency and product quality, Orque Sanitaire has opted for both traditional and high-pressure casting solutions from Genitec. Given its wide product range, for this latest phase the company chose the GHC 1010 High-Pressure Casting System capable of accommodating multiple moulds (between 7 and 16 depending on the model) for the production of WCs, washbasins, pedestals, half-pedestals, cisterns, lids and squat pans.
The system delivers higher productivity and improved quality, with shortened demoulding times and quicker mould changeovers. It also ensures functionality and reliability. Alongside integrated safety devices, all hardware and software in the control panel, electrical connections, relays and overall machine structure conform to stringent quality standards. Genitec guarantees technical support whenever required and an optional automatic conveyor system can be supplied for handling greenware.
