Ideas 4.0, a new consulting firm for Industry 4.0

Ideas 4.0 - Industrial Design & Automation Solutions is a new consulting firm set up by Pietro Cassani and Enrico Amodio in the northern Italian town of Imola (province of Bologna).

Exploiting their experience in the fields of ceramics and packaging, the two well-known managers aim to support companies in the process of developing and adopting innovation and change as part of an Industry 4.0 vision. Ideas 4.0 has a staff of designers specialising in digitalisation of factory processes and operates both in Italy and internationally.

Available services range from consulting through to plant engineering and mechanical and automation design, with a special focus on customised solutions tailored to companies’ specific strategies and developed in keeping with different technological scenarios. Following a thorough assessment of the impact on company organisation and the value chain, an innovation strategy is developed taking account of benefits, costs, implementation times, resources and priority areas.

Ideas 4.0 also offers a search service for regional, national and European calls for tenders and investment incentives and provides support with preparing the necessary documentation.
