Inter Ser acquires stake in Mexican branch of I-Tech

In February this year, Inter Ser’s Mexican branch Inter Servicio de Mexico (Chihuahua) acquired the shares previously held by Gisberto Ghirardini in I-Tech Tecnologia Innovadoras, in turn the Mexican branch of Sassuolo-based firm I-Tech.
Beatriz Aguado, legal representative of Inter Servicio de Mexico, has also replaced Gisberto Ghirardini as the legal representative of I-Tech Tecnologia Innovadoras.
This operation consolidates the commercial partnership that was already in place between Inter Ser and I-Tech in a number of non-European markets.
Inter Ser, a company specialising in the sale of machinery and original parts for the ceramic sector with well-established partnerships with the world’s leading ceramic producers, will now also propose the technologies developed by I-Tech. These include Intellytile, a system for controlling graphic design defects in tiles prior to firing, and I-nkfiller, a solution for automatically managing and filling digital inks in printers.
