Intesa acquires Cuccolini brand name

Sacmi Group member company Intesa recently secured an agreement with Cuccolini, a Reggio Emilia based company and a leading player in the sieving and deferrisation segment, which will assure Intesa complete exclusivity for Cuccolini products in the ceramic market. The operation aims to create synergies between the two companies and further expand the range of technologies on offer with innovative solutions for optimising production and for cutting costs and energy usage.

The Intesa-Cuccolini technical management led by Marco Brighenti and the technical sales team headed by Ivan Bondani will operate in close cooperation with the Sacmi organisation to assure ever higher product and service quality.
