Italian ceramics flies to Singapore
This year Ceramics of Italy will be making its debut at Maison&Objet Asia, the second edition of the international trade fair devoted to lifestyle fashions and trends to be held from 10 to 13 March in Singapore. The participation of Italian ceramic companies in the show is being organised jointly by Confindustria Ceramica's subsidiary Edi.Cer and by the Italian Trade Agency ITA.
A total of 19 Italian ceramic companies will be taking part in the joint pavilion set up in the Marina Bay Sands Exhibition Center: Ceramica Del Conca, Ceramiche Ascot, Ceramiche Sant'Agostino, Coem, Cottoveneto, Edimax Gruppo Beta, Fap Ceramiche, Fincibec, Florim, Keope, M.I.P.A., Marazzi, Mirage Granito Ceramico, Nuovocorso, Ornamenta, Rondine, Simas, Target and Vallelunga&Co.
Already a highly successful event held annually in Paris, Maison&Objet Asia will give Italian ceramic companies greater visibility and will serve as a gateway to the exclusive international market of Singapore. By participating in the show, companies will be able to reach out to the big players operating in the design and contract sectors in Southeast Asia.
Maison&Objet Asia has chosen Singapore as a strategic hub for the ASEAN region, making it an ideal platform for companies seeking to enter exclusive New Luxury markets. It is an outstanding showcase for companies wishing to benefit from the opportunities offered by the rapidly growing Asian economies. As a partner event of the Singapore Design Week, on 13 March Maison&Objet Asia will be hosting a series of conferences, conventions and award presentations on architecture and design to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the foundation of the city-state and the friendship between France and Singapore. An annual B2B event, it offers unique solutions to visitors in search of excellence. With an attendance of almost 14,000 local and international visitors, including both buyers and designers, Maison&Objet Asia has already proved its credentials as a highly successful trade fair.
