Motovario unveils new gear reducers in Hannover
The new high-performance worm screw gear reducers from Motovario, called NMRV Power because they were developed from the eponymous series, were presented at Hannover Messe (20 - 24 April). The new range consists of four models (63, 75, 90 and 110), available in standard and pre-torque versions, that combine the new structural design (allowing for greater product customisation) with a design philosophy that delivers previously unattained levels of flexibility and modularity. Due to the new “motor flange” and “motor sleeve”, just one machine body can serve three basic powers simply by replacing a few components. The new-generation pre-torque, integrated into the flange and assembled directly onto the reducer casing, delivers a wide range of reduction ratios, improving on the previous version which had only one.
The new NMRV Power transforms a greater quantity of electrical power into mechanical power, delivering a higher output torque for the same installed power.
The modularity of the new product also makes it possible to rationalise and significantly reduce warehouse stock, simplify orders and achieve faster deliveries. Installation is quick and simple and does not require the support of specialist assembly centres.
The new machine body is interchangeable with the same model in the previous NMRV series and can therefore be installed in its place without any need for adaptation work. NMRV Power meets European Community and North American standards.
