New Ancora technology in Brazil
The Brazilian ceramic tile company Novagres (now Massima Revestimentos Ceramicos) has in its Urussanga plant recently installed a second squaring line produced by Ancora Group. The line, featuring double belt and automatic loading system with caisson and tilting mechanism, is suitable for the squaring of sizes that range from 200 up to 1200x1200 mm, and has stepper motor conveyor controlled via a push button panel and automatic retraction system. In addition, it includes dimensional inspection that is part of the new series of controls (calibres and flatness) fully produced by Ancora.
Ancora Group has long been rooted in the Brazilian territory, thanks to the presence of the branch Ancora do Brazil, located in Bairro, which provides quick and quality assistance and after-sales service.
Important supplies have been made in recent months, which include the new Vulcan B5 energy-saving burners. Among the most significant, that reserved for Ceusa (Urussanga), which purchased 228 burners, while an additional 165 were installed in the Ceramica Sergipe Escurial production facility located in the industrial area of Socorro. In addition to reduced energy consumption, Vulcan B5 stands out for its efficiency, flexibility of use and ease of maintenance, characteristics that make it unique in the current line of burners for the ceramic industry.
