New confirmations for System Brasil
Important agreements have been renewed during 2013 by System Brasil with Delta Group and Majopar, while Portobello has chosen the System world for the first time.
"The evolution of today's Brazilian ceramic market necessarily passes through the installation of high productivity lines and, as is noted, a gradual transition to digital printing", explains Giuseppe Rossi, Commercial Director for System Brasil.
Delta has purchased five new lines for large formats where traditional Rotocolor XL decoration systems have also been included, Qualitron NG quality control technology, the Easy Line BS08 sorting line and the portal palletiser the Falcon Millenium. A sign of a major migration of the Brazilian market from the traditional "dry method" to the "wet method", which grants a higher value-added technical and glazed porcelain tile production of large formats, rectified, and lapped/polished tiles.
System's agreement with Portobello concerns the new factory with very high productivity (approximately 60,000 sq.m./24 hours) located in Maceió. The supply has four complete lines of Qualitron NG, the sorting line Easy Line Evolution Brazil, the portal Falcon Millenium. In addition, Portobello has introduced the automatic handling of pallets with LGV vehicles, and the management of production data with the Data Manager, thus creating a factory that, since its inception, has represented real cutting edge technology. These systems are specifically designed at the headquarters of System in Fiorano to meet the needs for high productivity in Brazilian industries that, due to high efficiency, meet the particularly selective criteria of this market.
Good news also in the digital world. The Majopar Group introduces the Creadigit machine (in operation from December), for the creation of 400 dpi graphics on products coming out from the high productivity lines. A similar choice was made recently by Cejatel and Ceramus Bahia, while Incepa preferred Creadigit for the production of its high-end products.
