Nuova Fima organises charity bike ride

The third edition of the charity bike ride called ‘Pedaliamo per il domani' (‘Cycling for tomorrow'), organised by companies belonging to the Nuova Fima Group, was held on 31 May.

More than 50 people, including Nuova Fima's CEO Stefano Mele, took part in the event by cycling a distance of 143 km between Fiorano Modenese and the well-known town of Peschiera on Lake Garda (province of Verona). For each kilometre completed by each cyclist, the company donated 1 euro to charity. I

n addition to the Nuova Fima Group, the initiative was also sponsored by companies ERRE-PI (Nonantola), G.V. Meccanica (Maranello), Nuova Omip (Pavullo), Sicel (Spezzano), Six (Scandiano), Te.Co. (Granarolo), T.M.P. (Mocogno), T.E.M.A (Castelnuovo Rangone) and Zeta Effe (Maranello).

The 7,000 euro that was raised was donated to the "per vincere Domani" voluntary association to support and help cancer patients.
