Pamesa closes 2007 with turnover of 194 million euro
Pamesa has reported excellent 2007 results. The Spanish ceramic company led by Fernando Roig closed the year with a turnover of 194.4 million euro, 7% up on 2006. EBITDA was excellent, reaching 39.4 million euro compared to 24.8 million euro in 2006.
At the end of 2007 the company launched a plan to rationalise and upgrade its manufacturing structure which is due for completion by mid 2008, allowing Pamesa to reach an annual production of 27 million square metres and a turnover of around 212 million euro. Costing 15 million euro, this project involves the production of white body tiles and porcelain tiles at the historic facility in Almassora and red body floor and wall tiles at the two factories in Onda.
