Projecta Engineering supplies technology to Russia
Projecta Engineering recently completed an important transaction in the Russian marketplace, signing four contracts with Marazzi for the factories of the OAO KM Group. The supply contracts are for the installation of four new glazing lines to produce porcelain stoneware and double-fired tiles.
Two lines will be installed in the factory of Welor Bico 6 to produce double-fired tiles with a maximum size of 300x900 mm and will be delivered by mid March 2013. The other two lines for the production of glazed porcelain stoneware in sizes up to 660x980 mm will be delivered by mid April 2013 and will be installed in the factory of Gres Welor 2. The four lines join the 13 glazing lines that are installed and running at the factories in Orel and Malino. In addition, two new Evolve range digital decorating machines were supplied between November and December. These consist of Evoseven 70/7 machines with six colour bars and ten printing/colour heads for a printing width of 700 mm. Both machines will be used in the production of glazed porcelain stoneware in a maximum size of 600x900 mm.
