RobaFeed^TM: safer and more practical packaging

In response to requests from leading ceramic companies, Robatech has developed and patented an automatic feeding system for granular hotmelt adhesives in end-of-line box gluing systems. RobaFeed^TM combines effective operation with simplicity of design.

The aim is to minimise risk of injury by keeping operators as far away as possible from the tanks containing hot adhesives. RobaFeed^TM also guarantees a uniform and constant supply of adhesive, avoiding the risks of carbonisation in the tank and unproductive waiting times while the operator is filling the tank.

The solution devised by Robatech differs from similar systems currently on the market as there is no risk of malfunction due to obstructions caused by molten glue vapour in the pipe. These characteristics are guaranteed by a 30-day trial installation.
