Rondine Group keeps pace with advances in environmental policies
Rondine Group (Rubiera, province of Reggio Emilia) has achieved major environmental targets.
After obtaining UNI EN ISO 14001 certification (regarding optimisation of the production process) and EMAS certification (on reduced environmental impact) at the beginning of 2008, in April the group was granted the European Ecolabel environmental certification label.
Ecolabel is a certificate of excellence issued solely to products and services with a low environmental impact that meet ecological and performance criteria established at a European level. The criteria are regularly revised and made more restrictive in order to assure continuous improvement of environmental quality.
Rondine Group is one of the first Italian ceramic companies to have gained this certification, giving significant added value to all the group's collections.
